Mobile Candle Bar
A pop-up candle bar set up at your event. Guests build custom candles with fragrance oils, gemstones, colors, wax melts and dried flowers, and take them home. Minimum 20 guests.

Mobile Candle Class
A sit-down, guided workshop at your location for private parties, corporate events and celebrations. Guests choose their own scents, dried flowers, colors, wax melts and gemstones. We handle setup and breakdown.

Mobile Fragrance Bar
Our fragrance experience, brought to your venue. A fragrance expert guides each guest through our oil library as they blend a personal scent from three fragrance oils, then bottle it to take home. A memorable fit for showers, birthdays and corporate gatherings.

Candle prices are per guest, before the mobile service fee below. Mobile Fragrance Bar pricing is quoted for each event.
Simple, transparent pricing
- Mobile service and setup fee starts at $350. The final fee depends on guest count, event size, staffing and customization.
- Event minimums: $850 for up to 2 hours, $1,250 for up to 4 hours, and $150 for each additional hour.
- Travel is separate from the service fee. It depends on your event’s location and distance from our studio at 975 W Fairbanks Ave, Orlando, and is added to your quote when it applies.
- We need about 1 hour for setup and up to 1 hour for breakdown.
How it works
- Send your party size, address, indoor or outdoor setting, and preferred date and time.
- We confirm availability and send your quote.
- Dates more than 2 weeks away need a 50% deposit, with the balance due 2 weeks before the event. Dates within 2 weeks require full payment.
- We arrive, set up, and guide your guests.
