Prices are per guest and include the guided session and your finished bottle. Each guest chooses their own size and concentration when booking. Blend Together Date Night prices are also per guest: each of you builds your own bottle.

Fragrance Bar FAQ
Everything you need to know before your visit.
What happens during a Fragrance Bar session?
A fragrance expert guides you through four steps: Discover your notes, Experiment with three discovery blends, Save Your Scent by choosing your favorite formula, then Bottle & Personalize your own perfume or cologne. Plan for about 90 minutes.
Do I need experience with perfume?
Not at all. Our fragrance experts guide every step, so no experience is needed.
What is the difference between Signature, Luxe and Reserve?
They are concentrations. Signature (15%) is lightest and great for everyday wear. Luxe (20%) is richer with more depth. Reserve (40%) is the most intense and longest-lasting.
How many guests can I bring?
Reserve up to 9 guests online per session. Private events start at 10 paid guests, so for larger groups send a private event inquiry. We also offer mobile experiences.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. You can reschedule up to three times, as long as you ask before your class starts: call 407-304-8095 or email info@aromaticvibescandleco.com.
What if I am running late?
Please arrive at your scheduled start time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be able to complete the full experience.
What is the Scent Vault?
The Scent Vault is where we keep blend formulas on file. Save a blend from the online Scent Journey with your email, or ask your guide to save the formula you make in the studio, so our team can look it up at your next visit.
